Ordering & Booking

For wedding cakes and large events, we recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance to ensure availability. For smaller celebration cakes, 2-4 weeks notice is ideal. However, we'll always do our best to accommodate shorter timeframes when possible.

First, contact us through our enquiry form or phone. We'll schedule a consultation to discuss your vision, event details, and preferences. After agreeing on the design and quote, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event.

Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This covers the cost of ingredients and reserves your date in our schedule.

Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 4 weeks of the event forfeit the full deposit. We understand that circumstances change, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cakes

We offer cakes from 1 to 6+ tiers, serving anywhere from 10 to 200+ guests. During your consultation, we'll help you determine the perfect size based on your guest count and whether the cake is the only dessert or part of a larger spread.

Absolutely! Custom designs are our specialty. Bring your inspiration photos, color schemes, and ideas, and we'll work together to create a cake that's uniquely yours. We can incorporate themes, colors, textures, and decorative elements to match your vision perfectly.

Yes! For wedding cakes and large orders, we offer tasting sessions where you can sample up to 4 flavours. This helps you make the perfect choice for your special day. Tastings are scheduled by appointment and include a small fee that's credited toward your final order.

Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If your venue is air-conditioned, the cake will be fine at room temperature for the duration of your event. For longer storage, refrigerate the cake and bring it to room temperature 1-2 hours before serving for the best flavor and texture.

Yes, we deliver and set up cakes throughout Narrandera and surrounding areas. Delivery is included in our packages. For venues outside our standard delivery area, additional fees may apply. We'll discuss delivery details during your consultation.

Catering

Our minimum catering order is for 10 people. This ensures we can provide the quality and variety that makes our catering special while keeping costs reasonable.

Yes, we provide all necessary serving platters, utensils, and presentation equipment. For larger events, we can also arrange for chafing dishes and warming equipment to keep food at the perfect temperature.

Absolutely! We can accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, and nut-free requirements. Just let us know your guests' dietary needs during the consultation, and we'll create a menu that everyone can enjoy.

We primarily service Narrandera and surrounding NSW areas. For events outside our standard service area, please contact us to discuss options. We're often able to accommodate special requests with advance notice.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on several factors including size, complexity of design, flavours chosen, decorative elements, and delivery requirements. We provide detailed quotes after your consultation so you know exactly what to expect with no hidden fees.

We accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash. Payment details will be provided with your quote and invoice.

A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your date. The remaining 50% is due 2 weeks before your event. This allows us to purchase ingredients and finalize all details without last-minute stress.
